Michael Chad Jordan- Bio / Resume’

My name is Michael Chad Jordan; I have been married since 1995 and have two girls in grade school.  I was born in Augusta, GA in 1973 but have been a native of Lexington County since the age of one.  In 1994 I obtained an Associate Degree in Business Management and have worked in retail, GM quality assurance, and independent auto appraisals; however my passion has always been in Real Estate.  At 17 years old I bought my first home and have not looked back since.  In addition to investing in properties, I am a licensed Real Estate Professional.

Below is an outline of my professional Real Estate career:

• 1991 I began my real estate career by investing in single-family properties in the Greater Columbia area.
• In 1994 Professional Investors, Inc. was formed for the purpose of buying, reselling and managing the properties I owned, all on a part-time basis.
• In 2001 Real Estate Investing became a full-time business and by 2004 I was personally involved in transactions in excess of $10 million dollars.
• 2006-Made it official and became a Licensed Realtorâ.
• 2010 - Joined ACQUIRE REAL ESTATE, INC. as a Licensed Real Estate Professional.
