Tim Leitner was born and raised in West Columbia, SC and continues to live there with his wife of 31 years. He grew up in the construction business and actively worked in construction for 17 years after graduation from Brookland-Cayce High and Midlands Technical College. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent he is also licensed as a home inspector and certified residential appraiser. His history and extensive knowledge of the industry enables Tim to keep his client's best interest in mind when choosing a new home.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He has two daughters that also grew up in the West Columbia area and attended local schools. His oldest is married and teaching music in Virginia while her husband attends law school and his youngest daughter is attending USC School of Music and is active in the local theater productions. He is a big supporter of the local arts and appreciates all the components it takes to build a successful and thriving community.
