I am a mother, grandmother, wife and real estate professional.  My husband and I enjoy working together in our rehabbing business.  We repair and restore homes and together we have over 30 years experience in real estate. 

My interest in real estate goes back many years and began when I purchased my first house at age 17 while living in Florence, SC.  I have been buying and selling real estate in the Columbia area since 1982.  As an investor I enjoy looking for the "deals."  Purchasing and renovating older homes that have been neglected and need some TLC is an enjoyable part of real estate for me.  Since becoming a real estate professional and getting my real estate license, my passion for real estate has continued to grow.
